• The Nazca and Palpa lines recently discovered.
• Cahuachi: largest adobe city in Southern Peru, 20 kms. from Nazca, presently being restored thanks to the Italian Government Mission directed by Professor Giussepe Orefici. Cahuachi was the ceremonial place of the Nazca Civilization. It is formed by a series of pyramides, plazas, and walls covered by frescoes. The ruins have an extension of 20 kms 2.
• Chauchilla: Nazcas Culture necropolis. Many mummies can be seen in its original presentation, located at 40 kms. from Nazca.
• Cantalloc and Ocongalla acqueducts: extraordinary hydraulic works of the ancient Nazcas.
• Scissors or Buena Fe Lines: Nazca lines that can be fully appreciated by walkers.
• Antonini Museum: local Nazca Museum, where one can appreciate the area of influence and extension of the Nazca Culture.
• Pampa Galeras Vicuña reserve: World largest vicuña reserve, 90 kms from Nazca.
• San Fernando Reserve: holds a variety of desert flora and fauna, besides fosiles, huanacos (camelloid), condors, sea lions, pengüins, and many other birds.
